There is also Fraud and Banking background for me as well with Sterling Bank & Trust (now closed) and Bank of America in their Credit Card and Fraud Prevention departments. In these related roles, I learned how to skip trace, detect false/misleading information, and was empowered to make credit determinations based on business goals and objectives all while working within stringent Federal guidelines. The latest portion of my career was spent as an National Property and Casualty Insurance Producer for companies such as Auto Club Group (AAA Regional), USAA, and others where I was provided a wealth of knowledge and experience that is proving invaluable. knowing lenders requirements and standards that align with the mortgage industry. Currently a commissioned & certified Notary Signing Agent and owner of Marksman Signing Agency whose initial service offerings are general notarial signings, mortgage closings, loan refinances and alternate financial offerings closings, home inspections, wedding officiant, permit runner, E-Notary and RON Certified.
